Dr. Rick Norris (Rick to his friends) came to psychology after a career as a policeman. Starting by doing an MSc in psychology he was elevated to a PhD during his studies (Glyn describes Rick as having a brain the size of a planet).
After using his skills to build a number of highly successful companies based on employee ownership and staff development he began to focus on occupational health and coaching.
He quickly specialised in helping people to have more fulfilling careers either by treating them for work related stress or coaching people to greater achievements.
By request, he started writing for the self help market and his many books are widely available (do a google search or follow links on this website).
Rick is single and has three children, Sam, Jack and Martha.
His other loves are, Portsmouth FC, keeping very fit, music (especially reggae) and quizzes.
