Getting active and reflecting on how an activity made you feel is essential to feeling great. A huge part of this is doing stuff we enjoy – often the last thing you want to do when feeling low.

But taking a deep breath and moving anyway is a necessary part of beating low mood.

The four activities are:

  1. Proper Selfishness
  2. Investing in Relationships / Phone a Friend
  3. Altruistic Acts / Acts of Kindness
  4. Mini Projects
